To be able to receive a clinical assessment or treatment here at Practice Plus Group MSK & Spinal Service, Lincolnshire, you will need a referral from your GP where you will be given an opportunity to select an appointment date and time for us to call you to discuss the next steps of your journey.
Based on the information given to us by your GP, our team of clinicians will assess your referral and decide which service and course of treatment will be best for you. We will then call you at your appointed time and you will have the opportunity to talk though your options with one of our dedicated advisers from our patient management centre. You will be given a list of providers available to you and we will help you make the choice to find the one that is right for you based on your preferences.
If we are unable to make a decision with the information we have or, if we feel that you would benefit from treatment within our service, we will offer you an appointment for an assessment at one of our clinics that is most convenient to you. We will write to you confirming your appointment and include a map with directions on how to find us.
We are a fast-track, rapid access service and will aim to see you within two to three weeks of referral from your GP and to have completed your initial care within four to eight weeks.
When you come to one of our clinics, you will meet our clinical team who will spend time assessing you. You may be offered same day treatment if appropriate. Not all of our clinics have access to our complete range of diagnostics so you may be asked to come back on a different day at another location.
