To be able to receive a clinical assessment or treatment here, you’ll first need to be referred by your GP or a non-medical referrer.
If you would like a booked appointment, we will contact you to make your first appointment and send a confirmation letter with any other information relevant to the examination you’ll be having with us.
If you can’t make it to your appointment please contact the centre to let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to reschedule your appointment for the date and time that suits you.

We will send you an appointment letter with the day, time and venue of your consultation plus any other details about what we may need you to do before your appointment.
What happens if I can’t keep my appointment?
