To be able to receive a clinical assessment or treatment here at Practice Plus Group Diagnostics, Buckinghamshire, you’ll first need to be referred by your GP.
We will then contact you to make your first appointment and send a confirmation letter with any other information relevant to the examination you’ll be having with us.
If you can’t make it to your appointment please contact the centre to let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to reschedule your appointment for the date and time that suits you.
