Abigail van den Heever

Clinical Lead, Lincolnshire

Abigail initially completed a BSc in Equine and Human Sports Science before going on to complete an MSc (pre-reg) in Physiotherapy at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. She has worked in varying roles since qualifying including Team Lead for inpatients and community on the Isles of Lewis and Harris in the Outer Hebrides before moving back to her hometown of Lincoln and specialising in MSK outpatients.

Abigail joined Practice Plus Group (formerly Care UK) in 2013 and since then has moved into ESP work and completed her injection therapy module. She currently works as an ESP and still spends 1 day a week running a pure physiotherapy clinic. She enjoys treating patients with complex conditions and chronic pain.
